​Statistics have surveyed and shown surprisingly high percentage of young adults did not enter a job for their passion, often settling for a routine job that could secure a livelihood for themselves and their family.

It is more often that we only able to see the glorious side of success but forget the process of it is the more important part to reaching success. Therefore, a team that is fuelled by passion possess a great culture of not falling and feel discouraged in the face of failure.
