Native Singaporean Orchid notes: Cattleya Labiata
Cattleya Labiata - Used in Woody 5 (Men) for Team building Perfume workshop
Cattleya labiata, also known as the crimson cattleya or ruby-lipped cattleya was discovered in 1818 in Brazil. Cattleya labiata was lost despite the efforts of the major orchid companies in England, France and Belgium that sent their best and most experienced plant collectors to Brazil from the 1830 through the 1880s to look for it. We can see why! It has amazing colors and great fragrance of faint spicy, cloves and other aromatic herbs.
